• Floor plans, unit dimensions, and areas (carpet area / super built-up area) mentioned on this Website are indicative and derived from typical floor plan drawings. Final areas will be as per the RERA carpet area declaration and the Agreement for Sale.
• Specifications listed are as planned at the time of publishing and may be revised by the Company without prior notice, subject to applicable approvals.

3. No Booking or Contract

Submission of an enquiry form, phone call, or WhatsApp message through this Website does not constitute a booking, reservation, or legally binding agreement. All bookings are subject to separate documentation, payment terms, and an Agreement for Sale executed directly with Elite Horizon Buildcon LLP.
